How to use Cunductive Textile Electrodes (CTEs):
1. Position electrodes in brace or tight fitting sleeve with one a distal and one poximal. E.g., One near top of compression wrap and one near bottom.
2. If using Hot or Cold therapy apply CTE pad directly to skin side of FirstGel pack - one at top and one at bottom, or for example on a shoulder, one pad to bottom of FirstGel pack, and one to inside of compression brace at top of shoulder.
3. Not an issue with persperating athletes, but if skin is dry apply TheraCream™ gel to the skin where pads will make contact.
4. Then, connect leads to the ReviStim™ DC device (sold separately) and initiate the daytime or nighttime program.
5. Before refreezing or reheating FirstGel packs (lasts 2 Hrs!) remove the CTE pad(s).
